ClipCast Works

Refund / Service Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund / Service Policy explains how payments, cancellations, refunds, revisions, project delivery, and service expectations work for ClipCast Works.

ClipCast Works provides custom digital creative services. Because each project may involve planning, reviewing customer content, editing, formatting, writing hooks, preparing captions, exporting files, and delivering custom work, refunds may be limited once work has started.

Simple version: If you are not sure which package to buy, start with the Free Clip Plan first. If you are ready to buy, payment is collected before work begins, and the project starts after you submit your onboarding details and materials.

2. Payment Methods

Payments may be collected through Stripe payment links or another approved payment method provided by ClipCast Works.

Work does not begin until payment has been received and the required project details, content, links, files, or instructions have been submitted.

3. Free Clip Plan Requests

The Free Clip Plan is not a paid service and does not require payment to submit. It allows you to send project details so ClipCast Works can review what you have and recommend a possible clip direction or package.

A Free Clip Plan request does not guarantee project acceptance, delivery of free edited clips, a specific recommendation, a specific result, or a response within a guaranteed timeframe.

4. When Work Starts

For purposes of this policy, work may be considered started when ClipCast Works begins any of the following:

  • Reviewing your submitted content, links, videos, podcast episodes, reviews, photos, or instructions.
  • Planning clip ideas, structure, hooks, captions, or CTA direction.
  • Organizing, downloading, reviewing, trimming, editing, formatting, captioning, exporting, or preparing project files.
  • Communicating project direction, production details, drafts, or delivery steps.

5. Refunds Before Work Starts

If you purchase a service and request cancellation before any work has started, ClipCast Works may approve a refund, minus any payment processing fees or non-refundable costs already incurred.

Refund requests should be sent as soon as possible to clipcastworks@gmail.com.

6. Refunds After Work Starts

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because time, planning, review, editing, and production resources may already be committed to your project.

Depending on the situation, ClipCast Works may choose to offer a partial credit, adjusted delivery, revised scope, or another reasonable solution, but this is not guaranteed.

7. Refunds After Delivery

Once final files, drafts, edited clips, project files, or deliverables have been sent, payments are non-refundable.

If your package includes revisions, you may request reasonable revisions within the included revision scope instead of requesting a refund.

8. Revisions

Revision limits depend on the package purchased. Revisions are meant for reasonable changes to the delivered work, such as small caption corrections, minor timing adjustments, text changes, simple formatting changes, or reasonable style refinements.

Revisions do not include:

  • A completely new creative direction.
  • Editing different source content not included in the original request.
  • Creating extra clips beyond the package amount.
  • Changing the offer, brand direction, structure, or project purpose after work has started.
  • Full re-edits caused by missing, unclear, incorrect, or incomplete instructions.

9. Customer Delays

If a project is delayed because required content, links, access, files, instructions, approvals, or feedback are missing, the project timeline may be delayed.

If a customer does not respond for an extended period, ClipCast Works may pause the project. Payments are not refunded because of customer delays, missing materials, or lack of response.

10. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing. Timelines may be affected by project scope, workload, content length, content quality, revision requests, customer response time, technical issues, or add-ons.

Rush options may be available for an additional fee, but rush delivery must be confirmed by ClipCast Works.

11. Rush Fees and Add-Ons

Rush fees, extra clip fees, cover set fees, posting copy fees, platform resize fees, and other add-ons are generally non-refundable once the related work has started or the rush slot has been reserved.

12. Monthly Packages and Subscriptions

Monthly packages are billed according to the subscription terms shown at checkout or in the payment link. Monthly payments cover service availability and work for that billing period.

You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want the subscription to renew. Payments for an active billing period are generally non-refundable once that billing period begins.

Unused clips, unused content capacity, or unused monthly services do not roll over unless ClipCast Works agrees in writing.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with a payment, package, delivery, or project, contact us first at clipcastworks@gmail.com so we can review the issue and try to resolve it.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of current or future services.

14. Content Rights and Responsibility

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use all videos, photos, audio, music, logos, reviews, testimonials, names, likenesses, brand assets, and other materials you submit.

Refunds are not provided because content is later found to be unusable, restricted, copyrighted, unauthorized, low quality, incomplete, or not approved for your intended use.

15. Platform Results Are Not Guaranteed

ClipCast Works does not guarantee views, engagement, followers, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, ad approval, platform approval, viral performance, or any specific business result.

No refund will be provided because a clip does not receive a certain number of views, likes, comments, shares, sales, or leads.

16. File Delivery and Storage

Finished files may be delivered through Google Drive, email, cloud storage, download links, or another delivery method selected by ClipCast Works.

You are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up your final files after delivery. Delivery links may be removed, changed, or expire over time.

17. When ClipCast Works May Refuse or Cancel a Project

ClipCast Works may refuse, pause, or cancel a project if the content, request, communication, usage, or customer behavior creates legal, ethical, technical, payment, platform, or business concerns.

If ClipCast Works cancels a project before work has started, a refund may be issued. If work has already started, any refund or credit will be reviewed based on the situation and work completed.

18. How to Request Help

If you have a concern about a project, delivery, revision, payment, or service experience, email us with your name, order/package, project details, and a clear explanation of the issue.

We will review the situation and respond with the next available step.

Important: Custom creative services require time, planning, and production work. The best way to avoid confusion is to submit clear project details, send usable content, review your package before purchasing, and ask questions before payment if you are unsure.
