ClipCast Works

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 30, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the ClipCast Works website, forms, services, content, payment links, onboarding process, and digital service delivery.

By visiting the website, submitting a form, requesting a Free Clip Plan, purchasing a service, submitting content, or communicating with ClipCast Works, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. About ClipCast Works

ClipCast Works provides short-form video editing, content repurposing, clip planning, captions, hooks, CTA wording, vertical formatting, and related digital content services.

Services may include turning existing videos, podcast episodes, interviews, customer reviews, project footage, service details, photos, website copy, offers, or other customer-provided materials into short-form clip concepts or ready-to-post video files.

3. Free Clip Plan Requests

A Free Clip Plan request allows you to submit information about your content, business, goals, and project needs so ClipCast Works can review what you have and recommend a possible clip direction or package.

A Free Clip Plan does not guarantee acceptance of a project, a specific result, a specific number of clips, a turnaround time, platform performance, views, leads, sales, or approval on any social platform.

No payment is due when submitting a Free Clip Plan request unless you later choose to purchase a package or service.

4. Orders and Payment

Paid services may be purchased through secure Stripe payment links or another approved payment method provided by ClipCast Works.

Work does not begin until payment is received, project details are submitted, and ClipCast Works has the information needed to start the project.

Prices, packages, inclusions, upgrades, and subscription options may change at any time unless you have already purchased a specific service at a confirmed price.

5. Packages, Scope, and Deliverables

Each service package includes only the deliverables listed on the website, invoice, payment link, written agreement, or package description at the time of purchase.

Package details may include the number of clips, source content limits, revision limits, formatting, captions, hooks, CTA wording, posting copy, cover images, rush options, or other add-ons.

Anything not listed as included may require a separate quote, upgrade, or additional payment.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and usable project materials, including:

  • Video links, podcast links, photos, reviews, testimonials, service details, offers, brand notes, and other source materials.
  • Instructions, preferences, examples, captions, names, logos, and CTA details where needed.
  • Timely feedback, approvals, revision notes, and communication.
  • Permissions, rights, licenses, and approvals for all content you provide.

Delays in providing materials, feedback, access, or instructions may delay the project timeline.

7. Rights to Customer Materials

You keep ownership of the original content you provide to ClipCast Works. By submitting content, you grant ClipCast Works permission to access, review, edit, format, modify, and use that content as needed to provide the purchased service.

You confirm that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and approvals needed for any videos, photos, music, logos, customer reviews, testimonials, names, likenesses, or other materials you submit.

8. Rights to Completed Work

After full payment is received, you may use the final delivered files for your business, marketing, website, social media, advertising, and related promotional purposes, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights that may apply.

ClipCast Works may retain internal project files, drafts, templates, systems, editing workflows, design methods, processes, and non-customer-specific creative assets used to provide services.

9. Revisions

Revision limits depend on the package purchased. Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments to work already created, such as small text corrections, minor timing changes, simple caption edits, or reasonable style refinements.

Revisions do not include a full restart, a completely new creative direction, new source content, a different offer, major restructuring, new footage review, additional clips, or changes outside the original project scope unless agreed in writing.

10. Turnaround Times

Any turnaround time listed on the website or discussed by email is an estimate, not a guarantee. Turnaround may depend on content quality, project scope, customer response time, revision requests, workload, add-ons, and technical issues.

Rush options may be available for some projects, but rush acceptance is not guaranteed unless confirmed by ClipCast Works.

11. Delivery

Final files may be delivered through Google Drive, email, file-sharing links, cloud storage, or another delivery method selected by ClipCast Works.

You are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up final files after delivery. File links may not remain available forever.

12. No Guaranteed Results

ClipCast Works does not guarantee views, followers, engagement, leads, sales, revenue, conversions, platform approval, account growth, virality, advertising results, or any specific business outcome.

Short-form content performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your audience, offer, platform algorithms, posting schedule, market demand, account history, content quality, targeting, budget, and follow-up process.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClipCast Works services for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, defamatory, exploitative, or deceptive purposes.

We may refuse or stop work on content that we believe violates law, platform rules, third-party rights, or our business standards.

14. Third-Party Platforms

ClipCast Works is not responsible for the rules, decisions, restrictions, removals, account actions, algorithm changes, ad approvals, copyright claims, music claims, or performance of third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Stripe, Google Drive, or other services.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, revisions, and service credits are handled according to our Refund / Service Policy. Because ClipCast Works provides custom digital creative services, refunds may be limited once planning, review, editing, production, or delivery work has started.

Please review the Refund / Service Policy before purchasing.

16. Subscriptions and Monthly Services

If you purchase a monthly service, the package renews according to the billing schedule shown at checkout or in the payment link. You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want the subscription to renew.

Unused clips, unused services, or unused monthly capacity may not roll over unless specifically stated in writing.

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, copy, designs, graphics, page layouts, systems, templates, workflows, service descriptions, and brand materials created by ClipCast Works are owned by ClipCast Works unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or reuse ClipCast Works website content, systems, templates, or materials without written permission.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClipCast Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, platform actions, account issues, or marketing results.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, any total liability related to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to ClipCast Works for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to hold ClipCast Works harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to content you provide, your use of delivered files, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or your use of our services in connection with your business or marketing.

20. Changes to These Terms

ClipCast Works may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
